Born in Bogotá in November 1970, he is a Civil Engineer graduated from the Colombian School of Engineering and a Specialist in Structures at the National University. His working career has been developed within Constructora Conconcreto for 28 years, reaching different management positions. He is currently Regional Director of Infrastructure, a position he has held since 2011.
