About the project:
The cable-stayed bridge over the Medellín River is the longest within a city in Colombia. It connects the southeast and southwest of the municipality, integrating pedestrian paths and public spaces, as well as a vehicular solution. Supported by two 37-meter-high towers, it has eight lanes, 580 meters long, and a total width of 40,5 meters.
