The immediate administration of the company, its legal representation and the management of the company's business will be in the hands of a president appointed by the Board of Directors for two (2) year terms, who may be re-elected indefinitely and freely removed by the Board at any time. The President of the company will have four (4) alternates also elected by the Board of Directors for the same term as the President and three (3) legal representatives for legal matters for one (1) year terms.
Born in July 1978, he holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Antioquia School of Engineering and a specialization in Corporate Finance from the same university. His work experience includes 14 years at Conconcreto, where he currently serves as CEO since April 2024. He has held management positions for Industrias CENO SA, Suramérica de Seguros SA, and Pactia. He has more than 15 years of experience in the structuring, management, and operation of the real estate business. For five years, he served as President of the Pactia Private Equity Fund and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of organizations such as the Cartagena Convention Center, the Rionegro Free Trade Zone, and Pactia.
Born in November 1962, he is a civil engineer who graduated from the Faculty of Mines at the National University and is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has spent 29 years working at Conconcreto, holding various management positions. He is currently the Technical Manager.
Born in October 1979, she holds a degree in law and political science from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana. Her work experience includes three years at Enfoque Jurídico and four years at Suma Legal, where she served as a lawyer at both firms. She served as director of corporate affairs at Conconcreto for five years and is currently Vice President of Corporate Affairs. She serves on the boards of directors of organizations such as Cas Mobiliario, Vía 3 Express SAS, and Pactia SAS.
Born in November 1986, she holds a law degree from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, a specialization in tax law from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana (UPB), a degree in commercial law from the Universidad del Rosario, and a degree in corporate law from the EAFIT School of Administration and Finance. Her work experience includes five years at CI Hermeco SA as Head of Legal Affairs. Since 2015, she has worked at Conconcreto SA, where she currently serves as Director of Corporate Affairs.
Born in Medellín in 1968, she is a lawyer specializing in constitutional law, public administration, and private management. She has extensive experience in the public sector and in contract law. Since 2008, she has worked at Conconcreto as Director of Contracts and Risks.
