Once the financial year's balance sheet and its corresponding profit and loss statement have been approved by the Board of Directors, the shareholders' meeting proceeds to distribute the profits. The distribution of profits will be proportional to the paid-in portion of the nominal value of the shares.

Regarding the share repurchase, the previous meeting ratified the company's previously established reserve for share repurchases of 50 billion pesos. However, the decision to use this reserve rests with the Board of Directors (the Board studies the issue and, if deemed appropriate, proposes a plan for such a repurchase, which is subsequently presented at the meeting). Despite this possibility being considered, the Board of Directors has not yet made a decision on the matter.
