Nuevo Poblado is Conconcreto's third project to develop a new sector of Itagüí.

• Conconcreto will deliver the second stage of the skating rink by the end of the year, which will be used for the Departmental Games to be held in November of this year.
• Likewise, marketing of five new residential towers has begun in the area. The first phase includes two, Baena and Presti, in which more than 300 apartments will be built.

Thanks to an urban development plan that includes residential towers, public spaces, and recreational areas, the second phase of a skating rink covering approximately 1.869 m2 will be completed this year in Itagüí, located in the Las Chimeneas sector. Its design consists of 200 linear meters and meets national and international standards.

The second phase of the project will be delivered by Conconcreto in November, and is expected to be inaugurated at this year's Departmental Games. This is all part of the "Nuevo Poblado – Itagüí" project, which is advancing in the urban development phase of the municipality to improve the quality of life for its residents. Nuevo Poblado will have five residential towers and more than 20 common areas.

The first two towers, Baena and Presti, total 308 apartments. Baena features eight apartments per floor, ranging in area from 60 to 66 square meters and three bedrooms, with the option of two more, plus a studio. Presti, on the other hand, boasts a floor area of ​​71 to 81 square meters, some with large balconies, and is delivered finished.

It's important to note that the apartments feature floor-to-ceiling windows, some with balconies that will protrude to give the facade a dynamic look, utility rooms on the same floor as the apartment, deep beam structures, and common areas. In addition, other common areas will include a swimming lane, synthetic turf court, gym, agility course, pet spa, climbing wall, picnic area, internal platform trails, and a yoga space, among others.

Nuevo Poblado is the company's third project in the area, with which we seek to continue consolidating the Chimneys of Itagüí as a highly valued area, close to multiple services, connected to the city's most important thoroughfares, and offering a green, peaceful, and family-friendly environment,” said Mariadelina Hernández, the construction company's housing director.

The most important advantage for future residents will be that they can reach El Poblado Avenue in ten minutes. They are also less than 15 minutes away from Itagüí Park, Viva Envigado, the Arcadia Shopping Center, Clínica las Américas, 80th Avenue, Guayabal Avenue, and even closer to the Mayorista Central, the Fashion Center, the Ayurá Metro Station, a wide range of bus and feeder routes, as well as the Olaya Herrera Airport.
