Century Homebuilders Group has over 30 years of experience in the South Florida market, and Conconcreto has over 60 years in the construction sector, with projects totaling over USD $6,5 billion and over 50 homes developed.

 

 

From this alliance, Century Real Estate Fund I was born, a new investment opportunity to capitalize on the capital of individuals or legal entities in the multifamily apartment rental business in Miami, United States, offering direct investment facilities from Colombia and other countries around the world, without the need to create companies or corporations abroad.
