About the project:
Puerto Azul Club House has completed phase 1 and is in the process of constructing phase 2. The scope of the IDD is the structural and network design, only the telecommunications and electrical networks up to the construction documents phase, including the accompaniment of tower 8, which has 8 floors with 12 apartments per floor for a total of 192 apartments.
The estimated area for the apartments is 58m2The proposed structural system will consist of cast concrete walls. Parking and common areas are not included in this scope. The constructed area is 6.600 mXNUMX.2.
