About the project:
Puerto Azul Club House currently has stage 1 built and is in the process of building stage 2 and marketing tower 8, which corresponds to stage 3. The IDD's scope is the Architectural, Structural and Electromechanical network design up to the schematic phase, of towers 5 and 7, which are identical, with 8 floors each and 12 apartments per floor for a total of 192 apartments.
The estimated area for the apartments is 32m2The proposed structural system will consist of cast concrete walls. Parking and common areas are not included in this scope. The constructed area is 7.481,52 m.2.
