Green Spring

About the project:

Architectural, Structural and Network Design (electrical, lighting, shielding, grounding, plumbing, fire extinguishing, gas and communications) up to the construction documents phase of the project located on lot 3 which is part of the Ciudadela de la Primavera real estate development in the city of Neiva, Department of Huila, Colombia, which has an area of ​​8,450m² with 3 identical towers of 12 floors for housing, each with 8 apartments per floor for a total of 288 apartments with an area of ​​approximately 50m² per apartment, whose structural system is made up of poured concrete walls, all parking spaces are exterior. The project has a total built area of ​​18,542m² which has common areas and services.

This project was planned in three construction stages, one for each tower and its communal services and parking areas.
