About the project:
Hotel building consisting of two or three identical towers with 2 levels, for multi-family housing, hotel suites, and a ballroom. Parking is located on the first floors of the building.
Architectural and structural design services for:
Lot 4: With an approximate area of 75.000 m2.
Irotama del Mar Tower C1: With an approximate area of 12.500 m2.
Designs will be developed up to the preliminary project stage and the construction permit process will be completed.
A Convention Center: With an area of approximately 2.000 m2.
