About the project:
The project includes bridges, interchanges, and viaducts, and adapts and commissions the Avenida Norte Quito Sur (NQS) corridor to the Transmilenio System in Bogotá. This third-level bridge is divided into 14 spans, the largest being 44 m and the smallest 36 m. The smallest radius of curvature in plan is 127 m. The beam is a composite structure composed of a 588 Grade 50 steel box and a composite slab of 35 MPa f'c concrete, prestressed transversely.
