About the project:
Construction of a residential complex in Panama Pacifico's River Valley. Twenty-three four-story buildings, with 23 housing units per building. Elevators, two social areas per tower, and one level of covered parking. During the construction process, the walls were constructed using a lightweight Gymsum and Frecasa system, dry plastering on ceramic brick walls, and detailed collection systems were implemented for PUNCH LIST delivery and PROCORE software for project monitoring.
