About the project:

The project proposes to develop a project with varied green spaces that are friendly to the site context, developing 18 quadruplex housing blocks containing up to 293 housing units, level parking, and large, attractive areas designated for amenities. The scope includes the development of architectural designs, design of the networks applicable to the project, such as electrical design, communications, lighting, plumbing, fire detection, HVAC-ventilation-mechanical extraction networks, etc., and the integration of project designs using the BIM methodology, developing all designs in Revit.
