Columbus Project – 2011

Guillermo Gaviria Correa Bridge – 2006
Límites de Santander y Antioquia
Bridge over the Magdalena River, the longest central span in Colombia, built using the system of successive segments or cantilevers to ease the maneuvering of vessels during the operation of the multimodal dock in Barrancabermeja.

La Macarena Entertainment Center – 2004
Medellín, Antioquia
In 2004 we built the structure for the bleachers of the La Macarena entertainment center in Medellín. These were the first in Colombia to be built with circular precast concrete techniques.

Fucha Tunjuelo Interceptor – 2002
Bogotá, Cundinamarca
The Fucha Tunjuelo interceptor was built to improve community welfare and living conditions in the population of Bogotá, Cundinamarca. It collects wastewater from the southwestern sector of the city.
It was built using a construction system that reduces the excavation volume tenfold and generates minimal environmental, social and vehicular impacts. It was the first time that a TBM (tunnel boring machine) was used.

Virgilio Barco Library – 2001
Bogotá, Cundinamarca
Designed by architect Rogelio Salmona in the shape of a snail to connect with the other spaces around it through a system of bridges, paths and bicycle lanes, with an available area of 16,092 m2.

Carlos Lleras Restrepo Bridge – 1996
Caucasia, Antioquia
In the municipality of Caucasia, Antioquia, across the Cauca River, is the Carlos Lleras Restrepo Bridge, a Conconcreto infrastructure project that has contributed to the development of the northeastern region of Antioquia. The construction of this bridge, which is 1,064 m long, began in 1994 and was completed in 1996.

It has 16 kilometers of conduction tunnel and a multiple use of the river.
Riogrande Hydroelectric Plant II-1993
Don Matías, Antioquia
Generates energy in Tasajera; Girardota, cleans the Medellín river, taking its waters to Manantiales, Niquía, to return it to Medellín to be used for drinking water.

Winner of the SAI (Antioquia Society of Engineers and Architects) Engineering and Architecture Award.
Cáceres Bridge over the Cauca River – 1992
Cáceres, Antioquia
It has three 18 m high towers over the roadway.

This work reduced the Bogotá - Villavicencio route from 4 hours to 90 minutes.
Chirajara Bridge – 1992-1995
Vía Bogotá - Villavicencio
With a length of 284.49 m in reinforced concrete, the work boosted the economy of the eastern region of the country.

Doménico Parma Marré Bridge – 1990
Chinchiná, Caldas
The Chinchiná suspension bridge, built in 1990 on the Manizales-Pereira highway, combines traditional metal and post-tensioned concrete elements.
The structure is 250 m long and was distinguished with the National Engineering Award and the Excellence in Concrete Award granted by Asocreto (Construction trade association specialized in cement, concrete and precast concrete).
